Résumé

This 'Announcement' provides an overview of the background of the coming issue (September 2006, Vol. 2, Issue 2) which is based on the results of a capacity building workshop on the management of networks for knowledge sharing which took place on 25-28 April 2006 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The abstracts, accepted for this issue of the journal, are also listed.
